Text

The provider shall obtain the recipient's signature, which may be fulfilled by an electronic signature, on all disclosures required to be presented to the recipient pursuant to sections 36a-861 to 36a-866, inclusive, before authorizing the recipient to proceed further with the commercial financing transaction application.
