§ 36a-37d — Community reinvestment performance; effects in connection with certain approvals.
The commissioner may consider the community reinvestment performance of a community credit union in connection with (1) an approval of an amendment to the certificate of incorporation pursuant to subsection (g) of section 36a-437a;
(2)an approval of an expansion of its field of membership pursuant to subsection (c) of section 36a-438a; and (3) an approval of a merger pursuant to section 36a-468a. The commissioner may withhold approval of or condition an issuance of approval of such amendment, expansion or merger pursuant to this section.
