Text
The Commissioner of Social Services, in cooperation with the commissioner, shall adopt regulations in accordance with chapter 54 specifying:
(1)The forms of reasonable identification which a bank, Connecticut credit union or federal credit union shall accept when cashing a check pursuant to section 36a-304; and (2) the identification procedures such bank, Connecticut credit union or federal credit union shall employ to avoid liability for the wrongful payment of any such check.
