Text
The superintendent of any school system or the principal of any school, acting directly or indirectly through their authorized agents, who may be teachers, other school employees, members of a parent-teacher organization or such other natural persons as the superintendent or principal may designate, may from time to time collect savings deposits or time deposits from the pupils and deposit them within ten days from the day of collection in any bank. Such deposits shall be placed to the credit of the respective pupils from whom they have been collected or, if the amount collected at any one time is deemed by the bank insufficient for the opening of individual accounts, it shall be deposited in the name of such superintendent, principal or designated person in trust to be transferred eventua
