(a)The commissioner shall annually report to the Governor:

(1)The condition of all entities required to be periodically examined by the commissioner, with such comments and recommendations as the commissioner deems advisable;

(2)On the commissioner's administration of the Connecticut Truth-in-Lending Act, part III of chapter 669; and (3) On the commissioner's findings concerning home financing pursuant to section 36a-743 .

(b)The commissioner shall annually report to the Governor and the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to banks on (1) the commissioner's administration of interstate banking pursuant to part I of chapter 666; and (2) the issuance of final certificates of authority to expedited Connecticut banks pursuant to section 36
