The Department of Economic and Community Development shall maintain a registry of qualifying electronic commerce or information technology intensive companies for the purposes of sections 10a-169a and 10a-169b. An updated registry shall be made available on the department's web page. See Secs. 10a-169a, 10a-169b re technology scholarship and loan reimbursement pilot programs.
