(a)On or before February 1, 2003, and annually thereafter, until five years after the opening of the convention center, the Capital Region Development Authority shall prepare a report regarding the status of the Adriaen's Landing project and The University of Connecticut football stadium project. Such report shall be made, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a, to the president pro tempore of the Senate, the speaker of the House of Representatives, the majority leader of the Senate, the majority leader of the House of Representatives, the minority leader of the Senate and the minority leader of the House of Representatives and to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding.
