The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development shall give priority to any contractor or substantial subcontractor who is prequalified under section 4a-100 for participation in the Department of Economic and Community Development's bond guaranty program under public act 79-607*. *Note: Public act 79-607 is entitled “An Act Concerning Urban Action and Establishing a State Historic Preservation Board”. (See Reference Table captioned “Public Acts of 1979” in Volume 16 which lists the sections amended, created or repealed by the act.)
