§ 32-459 — Return or use of unused grant awards.
Connecticut·Title 32 Commerce and Economic and Community Development·Ch. 588u Financial Assistance: General Provisions
The Department of Economic and Community Development shall include in any agreement for the award of a grant by the department a date by which the grant recipient shall (1) return any unused grant award to the department, or (2) apply to the department for authorization to use such unused grant award for another purpose.
