Text
As used in this section and section 32-41u:
(1)“Corporation” means Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated as created under section 32-35 ; and (2) “Eligible participant” means a member of the faculty or a researcher engaged in applied research and development at any Connecticut college or university that agrees to participate in a high technology research and development program established by the corporation.
