Text
A regional corporation, in approving applications for financial assistance, shall give priority to projects:
(1)That will provide increases in net new permanent jobs;
(2)Of minority or women-owned enterprises or enterprises owned by dislocated workers, as defined in the Federal Job Training Partnership Act;
(3)Of businesses in the early stages of development that have been denied access to credit; and (4) That promote economic development, including the economic rehabilitation and development and the provision of services and jobs in areas where commercial, manufacturing and other business activities are permitted under local zoning.
