§ 32-266 — Definitions.

Connecticut·Title 32 Commerce and Economic and Community Development·Ch. 588n Credit, Jobs, Capital Investment and Tax Incremental Financing Programs

As used in sections 32-266 to 32-284, inclusive:

(1)“Corporation” means Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated; and (2) “Regional corporation” means a corporation formed by three or more municipal development corporations, a regional economic development corporation or a regional community development corporation.

History: P.A. 93-217 redefined “regional corporation” to include regional community development corporations, effective June 23, 1993; pursuant to June 12 Sp. Sess. P.A. 12-1, “Connecticut Development Authority” was changed editorially by the Revisors to “Connecticut Innovations, Incorporated”, effective July 1, 2012.
