§ 32-23jj — Considerations in reviewing application.

In reviewing applications for financial assistance under sections 32-23gg to 32-23ll, inclusive, the corporation shall consider the following factors:
(1)The status of the project as an economic development project;
(2)the likelihood the project can be expected to create or retain private sector jobs in this state;
(3)the contribution of the project to the economic activities in the state;
(4)the significance of the financial assistance in either attracting to the state or preventing a closing, partial closing or relocation out of the state of an economic development project;
(5)the commitment to Connecticut of the management, ownership, and employees of the project and their willingness and ability to operate the business and enhance its competitive position in Connecticut;
