Text

The Secretary shall appoint a deputy, who shall be sworn to the faithful discharge of his duties and who shall perform all the duties of the Secretary in case of his sickness or absence and such other duties as may be prescribed. See Sec. 9-213 re procedure for filling vacancy in office of secretary.
