Text
The State Treasurer shall take any action necessary to ensure that the trust complies with all applicable requirements of state and federal laws, rules and regulations to the extent necessary for the trust to constitute a qualified ABLE program and be exempt from taxation under the federal ABLE Act, and any regulations adopted pursuant to the federal ABLE Act by the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States.
