Connecticut Statutes
§ 3-14a — Treasurer to administer trusts for counties.
Unless otherwise provided by the trust instrument, the State Treasurer shall succeed to the administration of any trust created for the benefit of any county and shall continue to administer the same in accordance with the terms of the trust. See Sec. 6-2a re state succession to property and liabilities of counties.
