§ 29-318a — Sale of unvented fuel-burning room heaters.

On or after October 1, 1985, no new unvented fuel-burning room heater shall be sold or offered for sale in this state which has not been listed by a nationally recognized independent testing laboratory.

(P.A. 84-542, S. 1; P.A. 85-172, S. 1.) History: P.A. 85-172 provided that on or after October 1, 1985, heaters sold or offered for sale shall be listed by a “nationally recognized” laboratory.
