The State Fire Marshal may take original jurisdiction for the abatement of any hazardous condition found by him or his agents to be contrary to the statutes or to the regulations made in accordance therewith, and shall report such condition to a prosecuting attorney. He shall have the right of entry by himself or by his lawful agents at all reasonable hours into or upon all or any premises where any such hazard may exist.
