§ 29-265g — Prohibition on reuse of recycled material known to contain pyrrhotite. Penalty.

(a)On and after October 31, 2017, no person shall reuse any part of recycled material known to contain the mineral pyrrhotite to produce structural concrete for residential or commercial construction, unless such reuse is consistent with the standard established pursuant to section 29-265f.
(b)A violation of subsection (a) of this section shall be an unfair or deceptive act or practice pursuant to subsection (a) of section 42-110b .
