Text
The State Building Inspector and the Codes and Standards Committee shall, jointly, with the approval of the Commissioner of Administrative Services, amend the State Building Code adopted under section 29-252 to allow the use of ungraded lumber in utility structures, as defined in the State Building Code, or low risk structures including, but not limited to, barns, agricultural buildings, sheds, garages or other outbuildings.
