Text
Each person, firm or corporation conducting a laundry or dry cleaning establishment, or offering as an independent contractor the services of such an establishment, shall report to the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection, on forms supplied by the commissioner, the type and style of laundry or dry cleaning identification marks which are attached to or stamped or written upon garments processed by such establishment when returned to the customer. Such report shall be accompanied by actual samples of the identification markings used. Each such person, firm or corporation shall make such report immediately upon entering the business of laundry or dry cleaning.
