Text
No person shall inspect boilers under this chapter unless he holds a commission issued to him by the Commissioner of Administrative Services as provided in this chapter. This provision shall not apply to boiler inspectors in the state classified service on October 1, 1953. Such commission may be suspended or revoked by the commissioner upon evidence of incompetency or untrustworthiness of the holder thereof or for falsification of any matter or statement contained in his application or in a report of any inspection. A person whose commission is suspended or revoked shall have the right to appeal to the commissioner within two weeks after such suspension or revocation.
