Text
The commissioner or any employee of the Department of Administrative Services, while engaged in the performance of his or her duties, may enter at all reasonable hours into and upon any premises in or on which a crane or hoisting equipment is located for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted thereunder.
