The licensee of a security service shall issue to each nonuniformed security officer employed by such security service an identification card, of such size, color and design as the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection may prescribe, which card shall contain the name and photograph of the security officer, the name and business address of the security service, the license number and expiration date and the certification that the named security officer is employed as a security officer by the security service. Such card shall be carried by the security officer at all times when engaged in the activities of such security officer's employer. No person shall hold, possess or show an identification card not authorized and issued to such person by a licensed employer, or posse
