Text
The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall develop guidelines to be used by municipalities in revising ordinances restricting flood storage and conveyance of water for floodplains, as defined in section 8-2 l, that are not tidally influenced. Such guidelines shall include, but not be limited to, a model ordinance that may be used by municipalities to comply with the provisions of section 8-2 l. The commissioner shall make the guidelines available to the public.
