Text

There is granted to the commissioners all of the powers provided in said compact and all the powers necessary or incidental to the carrying out of said compact in every particular. All officers of the state of Connecticut are directed to do all things falling within their respective provinces and jurisdiction necessary or incidental to the carrying out of said compact in every particular. The commission shall formulate and put in effect a forest fire plan and integrate such forest fire plan with such regional plan as is recommended by the compact commission. Said plan shall include a reasonable effort to establish and maintain such adequate fire fighting services as may be consistent with the requirements of the state and to make available such services to other signatory states consonant
