Text

The commissioner is authorized (a) to apply for and receive grants or any other benefits from the United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof for the purpose of improving and developing any state park;

(b)to do and to authorize to be done every act and thing necessary to meet the requirements to apply for and receive grants or any other benefits from the United States or any other agency or instrumentality thereof.
