Text
All receipts from the operation of the state parks shall be deposited in the Passport to the Parks account established pursuant to section 23-15h. Expenditures incurred by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection for the operation, maintenance and extension of or improvements to state parks shall be paid with moneys from the Passport to the Parks account.
