(a)Not later than January 1, 2025, and annually thereafter, the Commissioner of Agriculture shall (1) develop educational materials regarding the benefits to a farmers' market in (A) accepting payment for products through the federal Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children administered by the Department of Public Health pursuant to section 19a-59c and the supplemental nutrition assistance program administered by the Department of Social Services pursuant to the federal Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 and section 17b-2, and (B) participating, to the extent feasible, in the Connecticut Farmers' Market/Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program administered by the Department of Agriculture pursuant to section 22-6h, and (2) distribute such educational materials to
