Sections 22-450 to 22-452, inclusive, and section 4 of public act 95-231* shall be known and may be cited as the “Connecticut Equestrian Center Authority Act”. *Note: Section 4 of public act 95-231 is special in nature and therefore has not been codified but remains in full force and effect according to its terms.
