Text

Any camelid imported into this state shall be accompanied by an import permit required pursuant to section 22-308 and a certificate of veterinary inspection issued by an accredited veterinarian not more than thirty days prior to entry into this state. Such certificate shall include the dates and results of any tests required by this section and the official identification of each animal. Additionally, any such camelid shall:

(1)Have tested negative for tuberculosis using an axillary tuberculin test not more than sixty days prior to such entry, and (2) if six months of age or older, test negative for brucellosis not more than thirty days prior to such entry.
