Text
Any goat imported into this state shall be accompanied by an import permit required pursuant to section 22-308 and a certificate of veterinary inspection issued by an accredited veterinarian not more than thirty days prior to entry into this state that includes:
(1)The dates and results of any tests required by this section, (2) the official identification of each animal, and (3) certification that any goat listed on the certificate of veterinary inspection has not been exposed to scrapie. Additionally, any such goat shall meet the following requirements:
(A)They shall originate from a herd where they were included in a whole herd with negative tuberculosis tests administered not more than twelve months prior to such entry, (B) any such goat over three months of age shall have tested neg
