Text

Upon granting or renewing a license, the commissioner shall issue a suitable certificate which shall be displayed conspicuously in the dealer's place of business.

(1949 Rev., S. 3148; 1959, P.A. 116, S. 6; 347, S. 1; 1967, P.A. 656, S. 21; P.A. 91-312, S. 36.) History: 1959 act replaced “administrator”, i.e. milk administrator, with “commissioner”, i.e. commissioner of agriculture, and deleted provision which had allowed administrator to retain pro rata amount of fee when renewal is refused for that part of the year which expired prior to renewal; 1967 act deleted provisions requiring deposit of fees in general fund and requiring return of application fees to those who are refused licenses; P.A. 91-312 deleted provision authorizing the commissioner to issue a license plate for display on a vehicle used for delivering or hauling milk.
