The commissioner may cooperate with and enter into agreement with governmental agencies of this state, other states and agencies of the federal government in order to carry out the purpose and provisions of sections 22-111a to 22-111j, inclusive, and 22-111 l to 22-111x, inclusive, or any regulation adopted pursuant to section 22-111j.
