§ 22-111m — Stop sale, use or removal orders.
The commissioner may issue and enforce a written or printed “stop sale, use or removal” order to the owner or custodian of any lot of fertilizer to hold such fertilizer at a designated place when the commissioner finds such fertilizer is being offered or exposed for sale in violation of any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted by the commissioner pursuant to section 22-111j until the provisions of public act 09-229* or any such regulation have been complied with and such fertilizer is released in writing by the commissioner or such violation has been otherwise legally disposed.
