§ 22-111g — Misbranded fertilizers.
No person shall distribute misbranded fertilizer. A fertilizer shall be misbranded if:
(1)The labeling for such fertilizer is false or misleading, (2) the fertilizer is distributed under the name of another fertilizer product, (3) the fertilizer is not labeled pursuant to section 22-111d and in accordance with regulations adopted by the commissioner pursuant to section 22-111j, or (4) such fertilizer is represented as a fertilizer or is represented as containing a plant nutrient or fertilizer, unless such plant nutrient or fertilizer conforms to the definition of identity, if any, prescribed by regulations adopted by the commissioner pursuant to section 22-111j.
