Text
On and after October 1, 2025, until January 1, 2028, the Commissioner of Public Health shall require each person applying to the Department of Public Health for a multistate license, as defined in section 20-99b, to submit to a state and national fingerprint-based criminal history records check pursuant to section 29-17a.
