Not later than October 1, 2023, the Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall post a guide that details the process by which a person who receives homemaker services or companion services, as defined in section 20-670 or the authorized representative of such person, may file a complaint against a homemaker-companion agency, as defined in section 20-670 on its Internet web site.
