§ 20-573 — (Formerly Sec. 20-165). Meetings of commission. Records.

(a) Meetings of the commission for the purpose of conducting business of the commission shall be held at the office of the commission at least six times per calendar year and at such other times and places in each year as the chairperson or a majority of the commission deems necessary. (b) The commission shall keep a record of its proceedings. Such record shall be made available to the public upon request and shall contain the name and license number of any pharmacist or pharmacy that the commission has recommended formal disciplinary action against. A copy of any such record, certified by the commissioner, shall be admitted as evidence in any civil or criminal action in lieu of the record.
