Text
The Department of Consumer Protection, at the request of the commission, may periodically compile and publish a bulletin containing information and material relating to the commission, its functions and certifications, provisional licenses and other information and material relating to the real estate appraisal industry that might be of help and interest to certificate holders or provisional licensees in their service of the public. The commission may also request the department to publish such information and material in any established periodical published in the state if, in the opinion of the commission, such form of publication would ensure the widest dissemination of such information and material to certification holders and provisional licensees and the public.
