(a)There is hereby established an annual renewal certification and provisional license to be issued by the Department of Consumer Protection.
(b)The commission shall authorize the Department of Consumer Protection to issue a renewal certification or provisional license, as the case may be, to any applicant who possesses the qualifications specified and otherwise has complied with the provisions of sections 20-500 to 20-528 , inclusive, and any regulation adopted in conformity with said sections.
(c)Persons certified or provisionally licensed in accordance with the provisions of sections 20-500 to 20-528 , inclusive, shall fulfill a continuing education requirement. Applicants for an annual renewal certification or provisional license shall, in addition to the other requirements imposed

(c) to replace $16 biennial processing fee with $8 annual continuing education processing fee to cover costs of review and auditing, effective July 1, 2021.
