Text

(a)The Commissioner of Consumer Protection, with the advice and assistance of the commission, may adopt such reasonable regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, as the commissioner may deem necessary relating to the approval of schools offering courses in real estate appraisal principles and practice and related subjects, the content of such courses and the advertising to the public of the services of such schools. Such regulations may require approval of instructors at such schools.
(b)Each such school shall obtain a registration as a real estate appraisal school from the commission before offering approved courses in real estate appraisal prerequisite education or continuing education. Each application for such school registration shall be made on forms prescribed by the Commissione
