Text
The provisions of sections 20-475 to 20-477, inclusive, shall not apply to an employee of the Labor Department performing his or her duties in accordance with chapter 571 nor to a federal employee of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration performing his or her duties, in accordance with the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act.
