The commissioner shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to administer the provisions of sections 20-475 and 20-476. Such regulations shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
(1)Standards for licensure of lead abatement contractors and lead consultant contractors;
(2)passing scores for certification examinations of lead inspectors, lead inspector risk assessors and lead abatement supervisors; and (3) standards for certification of lead inspectors, lead inspector risk assessors, lead planner-project designers, lead abatement supervisors and lead abatement workers. The commissioner may implement policies and procedures necessary to administer the provisions of this section while in the process of adopting such policies and procedures as regulat
