Text

On and after October 1, 2017, no person shall hold himself or herself out as a lead training provider, lead inspector, lead inspector risk assessor, lead planner-project designer, lead abatement supervisor or a lead abatement worker as defined in regulations adopted pursuant to section 20-478, in this state without a certificate issued by the Commissioner of Public Health. Applications for such certificate shall be made to the department on forms provided by it and shall be accompanied by a fee of fifty dollars, and shall contain such information regarding the applicant's qualifications as the department may require in regulations adopted pursuant to said section 20-478. No person shall be issued a certificate to act as a lead training provider, lead inspector, lead inspector risk assessor
