(a)For purposes of this section:
(1)“Council on Naturopathic Medical Education” or “council” means the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education or its successor organization; and (2) “Licensed faculty members” means faculty members or instructors licensed in this or another jurisdiction in the area of practice in which they are providing clinical instruction.
(b)Notwithstanding the requirements of section 20-37 , no license to practice naturopathic medicine is required of:
(1)Students enrolled in a college or program of naturopathic medicine if (A) the college or program is recognized by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education or licensed or accredited by the Board of Regents for Higher Education or Office of Higher Education, and (B) the practice that would otherwise require a
