Text

(a)The issuance of a license by the Department of Consumer Protection shall be evidence that the person named in such license is entitled to the rights and privileges of a licensed landscape architect while such license remains valid. The board may deny or refuse to authorize the issuance of a license by the department upon proof of the commission by an applicant of any act or omission which would constitute cause for disciplinary action under this chapter if committed by a licensee. Any such denial or refusal of the board to authorize the issuance of a license shall be a proposed final decision and submitted to the commissioner in accordance with the provisions of subsection (b) of section 21a-7.
