Text

Each real estate licensee shall, upon application for a license under this chapter, pay an additional one-time fee of twenty dollars in addition to all other fees payable, which additional fee shall be credited to the Real Estate Guaranty Fund. The Real Estate Guaranty Fund shall also be credited as provided in sections 20-314 and 20-320.
