§ 20-313 — Application for license.

Any person possessing the qualifications prescribed in this chapter, and in any regulations adopted under this chapter, who desires to engage in the real estate business shall apply, in writing, as provided in this chapter, to the commission or the Commissioner of Consumer Protection for the specific license desired.
