§ 20-310 — Penalty.
Connecticut·Title 20 Professional and Occupational Licensing, Certification, Title Protection and Registration. Examining Boards·Ch. 391 Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors
Any person who knowingly or wilfully violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or be imprisoned not more than three months or both.
